About the Role:
We are looking for a practical, hands-on facade engineer who can handle both design/engineering and estimation for facade projects.
This role is critical in bridging design, engineering, costing, and execution. Key Responsibilities Design & Engineering. Develop facade system designs (curtain wall, structural glazing, ACP cladding)Prepare shop drawings and basic detailing
Coordinate with architects and project teamsUnderstand structural movement, wind load basics, and façade behavior Estimation & CommercialPrepare BOQs and quantity take-offs Develop cost estimates (₹/sqft basis and detailed costing)
Analyze drawings and specifications for pricing.Coordinate with vendors for material pricing (glass, aluminium, ACP) Technical Coordination.Review design for constructability
Suggest cost optimization (system + material)Support project team during execution stage
Required Experience:
3–8 years experience in facade industry
Must have worked on:
Curtain wall systems Unitized, Semi Unitized, Structural glazing ,ACP / metal cladding
MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Very Important):
Strong knowledge of facade systems Hands-on experience in shop drawings
Experience in BOQ and estimation Vendor understanding (glass, aluminium, ACP) Practical site understanding
Tools:
AutoCAD (mandatory)
Excel (strong skills required)
Basic knowledge of facade design tools (added advantage)
