Shop Administrator / Admin Executive – Computer & Laptop Sales and Service
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Shop Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative activities of our Computer, Laptop, and Accessories Sales & Service shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing, quotations, invoices, and purchase entries.
- Maintain sales, service, and customer records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries, service updates, and deliveries.
- Manage stock records for computers, laptops, accessories, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with technicians to track service jobs and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Assist with vendor coordination and purchase orders.
- Maintain cash, files, and daily shop records.
- Support smooth day-to-day shop operations.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in a retail shop or computer sales and service business is preferred.
- Knowledge of computers, laptops, and accessories is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
