Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Chat Support.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication.
- Strong Typing & Grammar Skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Good Problem-Solving & Customer Handling Skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
