Job Title: Graduate Trainee (IT & Business Operations)
Location: Work From Office (WFO) with flexibility as per business requirements
Employment Type: Full-Time
Training Period: 6 Months (Between Rs. 6000 to 8000)
Post Training: Based on successful completion of training and performance evaluation, candidates will be offered full-time employment in suitable Technical or Non-Technical roles.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Sc. IT Fresh Graduates who are eager to start their professional journey in the IT industry. The selected candidates will undergo a structured 6-month training program designed to develop technical knowledge, business understanding, communication skills, and professional competencies.
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be assigned to suitable departments based on their skills, interests, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month training program to develop technical and professional skills.
- Assist in application support, software development, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support database management, reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams on projects, deployments, and daily operations.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, client communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Follow organizational standards, best practices, and information security policies.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills while delivering assigned tasks on time.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. (Information Technology) completed in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Strong academic foundation in IT concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Preferred candidates near to Sector-128, Noida
