Job Description:
Bodhi Learning is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our educational programs, generating leads, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
* Explain courses, tuition programs, and admission procedures.
* Follow up on inquiries and leads.
* Maintain call records and update student databases.
* Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
* Assist in achieving admission targets.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
* Basic communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
* Ability to handle phone calls professionally.
* Basic computer knowledge
* Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
