Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Sales Management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in client acquisition and relationship management
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Pay: ₹40,300.00 - ₹50,800.00 per month
