Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day D2C operations
- Handle website operations (WordPress/WooCommerce)
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
- Process orders, inventory, shipping & returns
- Upload products, update pricing & offers
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
- Resolve customer support queries
- Create and improve operational processes
- Track sales, inventory and operational reports
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships/projects can apply)
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and learn quickly
