Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
