ELIGIBILITY
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience after graduation.
- Relevant International Voice / Customer Service experience preferred.
- C1-level or equivalent excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must have a genuine and verifiable employment history.
IMPORTANT – BACKGROUND VERIFICATION
UAN / EPFO service history will be checked as part of the hiring process.
Candidates with an absconding record from any previous organisation will not be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through international voice interactions.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Follow process, quality and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Meet defined performance and service standards.
