Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development activities for factory automation and pneumatic products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing technical solutions, and closing orders while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical sales and business development for factory automation and pneumatic products
- Understand customer processes and recommend suitable automation solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Close orders and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with engineering, application, and service teams for solution finalization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end users, and system integrators
- Provide basic technical support and product guidance to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in pneumatic or factory automation sales
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cylinders
- Valves
- FRLs
- Fittings
- Actuators
- Air preparation units
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into sales opportunities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in factory automation or industrial sales
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
