Hiring: Photographer & Videographer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, be comfortable capturing a wide range of content, and be capable of creating engaging visual content across different formats and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for events, weddings, celebrations, corporate functions, and public engagements.
- Cover political events, public meetings, social gatherings, and other on-ground activities.
- Create compelling visual stories through both photography and videography.
- Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional content.
- Produce engaging reels, short-form videos, and trending social media content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.
Required Skills
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Ability to create social media-friendly content, especially Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Knowledge of current content trends and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience covering weddings, events, corporate functions, or public personalities.
- Experience in political or public-profile coverage is an added advantage.
- Drone operation skills (if certified) are a plus.
- Graphic design and motion graphics knowledge will be considered an added benefit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
