Job Summary
Nosegay Public School is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate Art & Craft Teacher to inspire students through visual arts, drawing, painting, sketching, and creative craft activities. The ideal candidate should be able to nurture creativity while making learning enjoyable and engaging for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging Art & Craft classes for students.
- Teach drawing, painting, sketching, colouring, clay modelling, paper craft, and other creative activities.
- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and school displays.
- Encourage creativity and imagination in students.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain student portfolios.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of art materials and classroom resources.
- Participate in school functions, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Local candidate preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA) or Diploma in Fine Arts/Art & Craft from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (freshers with exceptional artistic skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with children.
