Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and efficient candidate to handle material purchasing, inventory support, and delivery of instruments to customers. The candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials and safe delivery of products while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase electronic components, mechanical parts, tools, and office materials as per requirements.
- Arrange packing and delivery of instruments to customers.
- Deliver instruments, spare parts, and documents safely to customer locations.
- Coordinate with courier and transport services for shipments.
- Support stores and inventory management activities.
- Assist in loading/unloading and handling instruments carefully.
- Follow company procedures for material handling and transportation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, documentation).
- Time management and responsibility in field work.
- Two-wheeler driving skill with valid license preferred.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / ITI / Higher Secondary.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in purchase, stores, logistics, or delivery operations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of electronic instruments/components preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
