We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to handle the pickup and delivery of documents, office materials, and other items as required. The candidate should ensure timely deliveries, maintain records, and support day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and office materials to clients, vendors, banks, government offices, and other locations.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of all assigned items.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain acknowledgments where required.
- Assist in banking-related tasks such as cheque deposits and document submissions.
- Support administrative and office-related activities when not engaged in deliveries.
- Coordinate with office staff regarding delivery schedules and priorities.
- Follow traffic rules and company policies while performing duties.
- Maintain the company vehicle (if provided) in good condition and report any issues.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary or equivalent.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Familiarity with local routes and locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones, maps, and messaging applications.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
