Job Title: Purchase ExecuƟve / Sr. Purchase Engineer
SCM personnel is responsible for overseeing and managing the enƟre supply chain process of an
organizaƟon, ensuring efficiency, cost-effecƟveness, and Ɵmely delivery of products. This role
involves coordinaƟng and opƟmizing all logisƟcal aspects from procurement of raw materials to the
final delivery of finished products.

Experience: 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience
QualificaƟon:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any equivalent.
Bachelor's of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical or any equivalent.
Key ResponsibiliƟes & AccountabiliƟes:
1. Procurement & Purchasing:
o Sourcing, negoƟaƟng, and purchasing goods, materials, and services to meet the
company's operaƟonal requirements.
o Ensure Ɵmely procurement and delivery of raw materials, consumables, and other
supplies as per producƟon schedules.
o Work closely with inventory control to determine and manage material needs.
2. Supplier CoordinaƟon:
o Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-Ɵme delivery of goods and resolve any delays
or issues.
o Maintain effecƟve communicaƟon with suppliers to ensure a seamless supply chain.
3. Supplier Management:
o Maintain a comprehensive supplier database and keep records of purchase history
and supplier performance.
o Evaluate supplier quotaƟons to ensure compliance with technical specificaƟons and
cost targets.
4. DocumentaƟon & Compliance:
o Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies
and standards.
o Ensure proper documentaƟon and record-keeping for audits and traceability.
5. Cost OpƟmizaƟon:
o Assist in cost reducƟon iniƟaƟves by idenƟfying opportuniƟes for savings in materials
and services procurement.
6. ReporƟng & Analysis:
o Generate purchase and inventory reports using advanced Excel funcƟons (pivot
tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
o Monitor and report key metrics such as supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and
cost variances.
7. Cross-funcƟonal CollaboraƟon:
o Coordinate with the producƟon, planning, and quality assurance teams to meet
operaƟonal requirements.
o Support conƟnuous improvement iniƟaƟves to opƟmize purchasing processes and
supplier relaƟonships.
Skills & ExperƟse:
Procurement Knowledge: Experience in purchasing, supplier coordinaƟon, and supply chain
operaƟons.
Excel Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel, including advanced funcƟons like pivot
tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
CommunicaƟon & Follow-ups: Excellent communicaƟon and interpersonal skills for supplier
follow-ups and cross-funcƟonal coordinaƟon.
OrganizaƟon & Time Management: Ability to plan, prioriƟze, and execute tasks effecƟvely in
a dynamic environment.
NegoƟaƟon Skills: Strong negoƟaƟon skills to achieve cost-effecƟve procurement while
maintaining quality and delivery standards.
AddiƟonal InformaƟon:

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
