Community Mobiliser – Skill Development & Livelihood Program
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Position Overview
The Community Mobiliser will be responsible for mobilizing and counseling youth, women, and community members for skill development and livelihood programs. The role involves field outreach, awareness generation, candidate enrollment, stakeholder engagement, and supporting trainee retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesMobilization & Outreach
- Conduct door-to-door visits, surveys, and community meetings.
- Mobilize eligible candidates for skill development and livelihood programs.
- Organize awareness camps, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and mobilization targets.
Counseling & Enrollment
- Counsel candidates and their families regarding training and placement opportunities.
- Assist candidates in course selection based on aptitude and interest.
- Collect and verify candidate documents for admissions.
- Support batch formation and enrollment processes.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with SHGs, Panchayats, NGOs, schools, colleges, and local community leaders.
- Build partnerships with local stakeholders to enhance outreach.
- Promote government and CSR-sponsored skill development initiatives.
Candidate Tracking & Retention
- Follow up with enrolled trainees to ensure regular attendance.
- Address trainee concerns and support retention efforts.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and their families.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain mobilization records and candidate databases.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Update MIS and support project documentation requirements.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in community mobilization, skill development, education, livelihood, CSR, or NGO projects.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and project requirements)

Centre Incharge / Project Coordinator
Preferred Candidate
- Willing to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC, CSR, SHG, or Livelihood Projects will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
