Role Overview
As a Customer Response Executive, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive clear, accurate, and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer concerns and provide the appropriate information or next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer cases.
- Follow up on pending cases and keep customers updated.
- Maintain accurate customer and case details in the CRM.
- Escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the relevant team.
- Follow established response timelines and service quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good grammar and professional email etiquette.
- Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service, email support, concierge operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, banking, or premium customer service would be an advantage.
