Job Summary
The Event Organizer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. This role ensures that all events run smoothly, meet organizational objectives, and deliver a high-quality experience for participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and organize events such as workshops, school functions, corporate events, and celebrations
- Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Budget Management
- Prepare and manage event budgets
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and services
- Promotion & Communication
- Assist in event promotion through social media, emails, and other channels
- Coordinate invitations and registrations
- Communicate event details clearly to participants Key Skills
