Ticketing Executive

Plumeria Holidays is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to handle centralized ticketing operations for PAN India requirements. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end domestic and international ticketing, vendor coordination, fare management, and operational support across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete domestic and international air ticketing operations across PAN India.
- Manage reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and itinerary modifications.
- Maintain strong coordination with airline vendors, consolidators, travel partners, and suppliers for fare negotiations, availability, and operational support.
- Build and manage professional relationships with ticketing vendors and airline partners to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing.
- Monitor airline queues, schedule changes, fare updates, and travel advisories.
- Support B2B, B2C, FIT, GIT, MICE, and corporate travel requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets with high accuracy and adherence to operational procedures.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams across branches for seamless travel execution.
- Resolve ticketing and vendor-related escalations efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation, invoicing coordination, and operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Prior experience in handling airline/vendor coordination and supplier communication is mandatory.
- Good understanding of domestic and international fare rules, routing, and travel documentation basics.
- Ability to independently manage high-volume ticketing operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM systems will be an added advantage.
