- Check and review the plans and specifications for proper construction & quality implementation at site.
- Coordinating approved construction Materials based on requirement for residential building constructions.
- Checking formwork, reinforcement works and all embedded items.
- Inspecting and checking of civil works , as per the approved drawings.
- Coordinating & ensuring availability man power for site activities.
- Maintaining all architectural and structural drawings at site for execution purpose.
- Site activities includes, meeting the clients to understand their requirement and to explain our needs for smoother execution and completion of project in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- WPS and allied
- Verifying quality of construction activities as per drawings & specifications.
- Preparing weekly bills for sub-contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
