Job Summary
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills to support the company's workforce and HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee timekeeping.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee development activities.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Generate HR reports and MIS related to manpower, attendance, attrition, and recruitment.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR support.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
