**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Service Manager to oversee our automobile workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily workshop activities, tracking technician productivity, driving service revenue, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily workshop operations and ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
* Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Workshop Supervisors, Mechanics, and Advisors.
* Track technician productivity, efficiency, and ensure discipline/attendance.
* Achieve monthly service targets, labor revenue, and spare parts sales.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
* Reduce repeat complaints/repeat jobs to a minimum.
* Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with the parts department to ensure stock availability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
