About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other service-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Support daily customer service operations and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
