Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioural assessments and identify areas of concern using standard tools and observation.
- Develop and implement Individualized Behavioural Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
- Apply evidence-based approaches such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), CBT for children, Play Therapy, and Social Skills Training.
- Monitor and record the progress of children and modify therapy goals as needed.
- Conduct parent training and counselling sessions to ensure continuity of therapy at home.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
- Prepare daily and weekly therapy reports, progress documentation, and review plans.
- Participate in case discussions, developmental screening camps, and awareness programs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Applied Psychology / Behavioural Science / Child Psychology or equivalent.
- Certification or training in Behaviour Modification / ABA / Play Therapy / CBT for children preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children having Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or behavioural issues.
- Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
- Empathy, patience, and child-friendly interpersonal approach.
- Ability to work in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment.
