Location: Chennai
Are you passionate about guiding learners and helping them achieve their career goals? Join our team as an Academic Counsellor and play a key role in shaping learner success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential learners through various channels
- Conduct counselling sessions via calls, meetings, and in-person interactions
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Handle lead generation from online platforms and other sources
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the Sales and Education teams to drive enrolments
- Support and participate in workshops and in-center activities to increase walk-ins
- Maintain accurate records and track learner interactions
- Ensure excellent counselling experience and customer service at all stages

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle leads and convert them effectively
