What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, executing & optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Work on eCommerce brands, focusing on ROAS, AOV, and scaling budgets
- Analyze ad performance and generate performance reports
- Conduct audience research & competitor analysis
- Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and copy direction
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates & new ad formats
Who You Are:
- A fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Meta ads or performance marketing
- Have a basic understanding of pixel setup, events, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies
- Interested in D2C e-commerce and love decoding consumer behavior
- Strong analytical mindset with a love for numbers and growth
- Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment and learn fast
