About Craftels
Craftels is a hospitality and experiential spaces ecosystem based in Goa, building boutique resorts, experiential stays, brewery-led hospitality concepts, luxury villas, nature-based tourism projects, and destination-led real estate experiences.
We are looking for a highly driven Strategic Partnerships & Investment Associate to work directly with the founder on fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
About the Role
This is not a passive coordination role.
We are looking for someone proactive, polished, relationship-oriented, and execution-focused who can help create serious business conversations and maintain momentum across investor and partnership pipelines.
The role involves investor outreach, strategic partnerships, founder coordination, relationship management, market research, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities
Investor & Partnership Outreach
- Research and identify:
- HNIs
- Investors
- Family offices
- Hospitality and real estate partners
- Strategic collaborators
- Conduct outreach through:
- LinkedIn
- Email
- WhatsApp
- Calls
- Networking channels
- Maintain structured investor and partner pipelines
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
Founder & Fundraising Support
- Assist with pitch decks and investor communication
- Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up summaries
- Coordinate investor meetings and site visits
- Track investor conversations and next steps
- Maintain CRM and reporting discipline
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify hospitality, wellness, travel, F&B, luxury, and experiential partnerships
- Support collaborations that improve brand value, revenue, occupancy, and investor confidence
Research & Coordination
- Research hospitality, tourism, investment, and real estate trends
- Track competitor projects and market intelligence
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, legal, finance, and operations teams when required
