About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The GRE will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring excellent service, handling guest queries, and maintaining a high level of hospitality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
- Maintain professional communication while addressing guest needs and inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback.
- Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and special requests.
- Ensure lobby area is clean, presentable, and well-organized.
- Promote hotel/restaurant services and facilities.
- Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
