Drive Business Performance:
- Drive revenue and growth of dermat led verticals in the clinic
- Manage doctor contribution to clinic performance through product and service
- Responsible for conversion of potential customers into clients
- Drive service and product sale
Consultation & Client Diagnosis:
- Consult & diagnose customers on skin/hair related concerns
- Provide appropriate treatment including medication and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
- Follow-up and ensure efficacy and customer satisfaction
Adherence to Medical & Service Quality:
- Uphold the safety guidelines and service standards of Kaya
- Attend to any emergencies arising during the course of treatment/procedure being offered to a
customer.
Supervision of Services:
- Custodian of any medical/dermatological procedure conducted at the clinic by technical staff
- Responsible to educate/train the clinic staff inorder to elevate their skillsets and understanding
of skin/hair concerns
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
