We are looking for a compassionate and committed Speech Therapist to join our CIP (Child Intervention Program)team at NHCDC. The role involves providing high-quality intervention services to children with special needs, while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Activities:
· Conduct comprehensive assessments and submit on weekly basis.
· Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children as per goals outlined by the Developmental Pediatrician and the child’s intervention plan.
· Maintain and complete daily log sheets.
· Ensure strict adherence to all Clinical and Non-Clinical SOPs without deviation.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
· Diploma in Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT)
· Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
· Strong communication and documentation skills
· Commitment to ethical and child-centered practice
Preferred Experience:
· Experience working with children with developmental delays or communication disorders
· Familiarity with multidisciplinary intervention approaches
