Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesPGT Accountancy
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach core corporate accounting, partnership firms, financial statement analysis, and cash flow structures as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Numerical Proficiency: Train students in precise journal entries, ledger posting, ledger balancing, and preparation of final balance sheets.
- Project Mentorship: Guide Class 12 board students through CBSE-mandated comprehensive project work involving specific financial statement analysis.
PGT Economics
- Theoretical & Statistical Teaching: Deliver clear, concept-driven lectures covering Introductory Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Indian Economic Development.
- Data Analysis: Teach data interpretation, statistical tools, and economic graphing techniques required for board evaluations.
- Current Affairs Integration: Connect textbook chapters with real-world Union Budgets, RBI monetary policies, inflation indices, and global trade dynamics.
Shared Institutional Responsibilities
- CBSE Board Preparation: Design regular test series, conduct rigorous mock board exams, and provide strict marking-scheme feedback.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility (As per CBSE Norms)

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience teaching Accountancy or Economics to Classes 11 and 12 in a reputed CBSE school.
