What would you do? The Recruitment Senior Analyst manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and hiring levels. The role supports workforce planning, talent mapping, sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. The analyst partners closely with business leaders, HR, and external stakeholders and is accountable for effective and timely fulfillment of recruitment demand Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Delivery & Client Management • Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, temporary, and professional roles • Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, alumni networks, direct sourcing, and talent communities • Lead screening, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, and offer management • Post and manage job requisitions on internal career portals • Ensure a timely, engaging, and high-quality candidate experience • Drive employee referral and alumni programs to strengthen pipelines Data, Reporting & Governance • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership • Share recruitment activity reports with clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure adherence to defined recruitment processes, approvals, and documentation • Manage process metrics including SLA, OLA, and KPIs • Liaise with Service Management teams on client reporting • Raise delivery risks, manage escalations, and perform root-cause analysis Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement • Identify and implement recruitment process improvements • Maintain dashboards, visual management, and process controls • Partner with Business Excellence teams to support OE initiatives Collaboration & Continuity • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Participate in internal and client governance forums and initiatives • Coordinate with IT and BCM teams to ensure BCP/DR readiness Team Management & Development • Recruit and onboard team members • Ensure adequate staffing and skill alignment • Set goals, manage performance, and prepare scorecards • Drive training, knowledge development, and succession planning • Act as first point of escalation for people-related matters • Drive team engagement, morale, and retention
