Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth. The candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to independently manage projects and improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and build SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for target keywords
- Execute on-page SEO:
- Meta tags optimization (title, description)
- Internal linking strategy
- URL structuring
- Content optimization
- Handle technical SEO:
- Website audits
- Fix broken links, redirects, canonical issues
- XML sitemap & robots.txt management
- Manage off-page SEO & link building:
- Guest posting, niche edits, directory submissions
- Outreach for high-quality backlinks
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Track keyword rankings, traffic trends
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of proven experience in SEO
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Experience in link-building strategies and outreach
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (for technical SEO fixes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS / Service-based / Lead generation websites
- Knowledge of:
- Local SEO
- International SEO (US, AUS markets)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
- Understanding of content marketing
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Domain authority / backlink quality
