- Supervise daily coating and painting activities to achieve production targets.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Monitor surface preparation processes such as blasting, grinding, cleaning, and pretreatment.
- Ensure proper application of primers, intermediate coats, and finishing coats as per specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain painting schedules and ensure on-time completion of jobs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
