Job Summary
Shiva Home & Garden Care is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Field Assistant (SFA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Promote the company's landscaping and gardening services.
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Support all sales and business development activities.
- Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹17,000 per month
