We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and supervise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring that designs are executed as per client requirements and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and 3D design presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress reviews.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Review materials, finishes, and design specifications.
- Assist in project planning, BOQ preparation, and estimation.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong design, planning, and visualization skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
