Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with strong experience in US IT staffing and direct client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and consistently driving revenue.
You will play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio, establishing strategic partnerships, and positioning the company for long-term success in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients for IT staffing services
- Drive aggressive new business development through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and key decision-makers
- Generate staffing requirements across Contract, C2H, and Full-Time hiring
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Client meetings
- Negotiations
- Contract closures
- Account onboarding
- Partner closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery and successful placements
- Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, and payment terms
- Build a strong and consistent sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets
- Turn new client acquisitions into long-term strategic partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development in a pure hunter role
- Strong and proven track record of acquiring direct clients and generating revenue
- Existing network of hiring managers and decision-makers is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business
- Deep understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and IT hiring landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
