MIS Analyst – International BPO Operations
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 In-Hand + PF
Shift: Fixed US Shift – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst with a strong background in International BPO/KPO operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing and managing MIS reports for international processes using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Only candidates with relevant international MIS experience will be considered. Domestic process experience or internships are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data and generate business insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards for management reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Management teams.
- Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Advanced Excel.
- Handle large datasets and perform data validation and analysis.
Mandatory Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

- Dashboards & MIS Reporting
- Charts & Graphs
- Data Cleaning and Data Analysis
Knowledge of Macros/VBA or Power Query will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MIS for an International BPO/KPO process.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Important Note
- International MIS experience is mandatory.
- Domestic MIS experience will NOT be considered.
- Internship experience will NOT be considered.
- Candidates must have practical working experience in Advanced Excel.
