Job description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet prospective customers to understand business needs and present SaaS solutions
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and solution discussions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with inside sales and pre-sales teams for demos and proposals
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the field
Required Skills
- Experience in field sales for SaaS or software products is an Added advantage
- Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent face-to-face presentation and communication ability
- Ability to explain technical products in business terms
- Experience handling long and short sales cycles
- Comfortable with travel and client meetings
- CRM and sales reporting familiarity
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
