# Performance Marketing Manager – Jewellery Brand
## Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end digital campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media channels
* Drive customer acquisition, store visit inquiries, appointment bookings, WhatsApp leads, and online jewelry sales
* Manage daily campaign operations including budget allocation, bid management, audience optimization, and performance tracking
* Optimize campaigns continuously to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
* Develop and execute seasonal campaigns around weddings, festivals, Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and new collection launches
* Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance reports and dashboards
* Ensure accurate tracking implementation through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
* Analyze customer behavior and purchase journeys to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate closely with creative, content, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to improve campaign performance
* Manage retargeting strategies for website visitors, cart abandoners, video viewers, and past customers
* Maintain campaign hygiene including naming conventions, audience segmentation, tracking consistency, and reporting standards
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for market share growth
## Requirements
* 2-3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in Jewellery, Luxury, Fashion, Retail, or E-commerce
* Proven track record of managing high-budget acquisition and conversion campaigns
* Hands-on experience with:
* Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Remarketing and customer retention campaigns
* Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-value purchase journeys
* Experience managing campaigns focused on:
* Online Sales
* Store Walk-ins
* Appointment Bookings
* WhatsApp Lead Generation
* Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, and Attribution Models
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable growth strategies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
## Good to Have
* Experience with Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Diamonds, Gold, or Bridal Collections
* Experience running omnichannel campaigns integrating online and offline conversions
* Experience with customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase campaigns
* Exposure to influencer marketing and creator-led performance campaigns
