Required Continuous Improvement for an well renowned company
Location - Lonavala (willing to relocate)
Qualification - BE Mechanical
Min 5 to 6 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or related roles within a manufacturing environment
Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all three plants, ensuring consistency in processes and adherence to best practices
.Collaborate with plant managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing
principles, such as waste reduction, process optimization, and continuous flow
.Conduct process audits, gather data, and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Design and execute Lean Manufacturing projects, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S initiatives, and other methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Train and coach employees on Lean Manufacturing techniques, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
Monitor and report on the progress and impact of continuous improvement initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
