Position:
Consultant Dermatologist
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in clinical dermatology and aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns
- Diagnose and create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations
- Perform injectable procedures including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters, Fat Dissolving Injections, PRP, GFC, Mesotherapy, etc.
- Perform advanced laser treatments including Laser Hair Reduction, Carbon Laser, Pigmentation Laser, Acne Scar Laser, Skin Rejuvenation, and Anti-aging procedures
- Perform aesthetic and clinical procedures such as Chemical Peels, Microneedling, HydraFacial, Thread Lifts, Acne & Scar Treatments, and Facial Contouring treatments
- Ensure safe, ethical, and result-oriented treatment practices with proper patient assessment and consent
- Guide patients regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment care protocols
- Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment documentation and medical records
- Coordinate with counselors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient experience and high conversion rates
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and clinical standards as per dermatology and aesthetic protocols
- Stay updated with latest technologies, injectables, devices, and advancements in aesthetic dermatology
- Participate in brand shoots, educational content, and social media awareness initiatives when required
Requirements:
- MD/DNB/DDVL in Dermatology
- Strong knowledge of clinical and aesthetic dermatology
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and laser treatments
- Patient-focused approach with professional ethics
- Ability to handle consultations independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in advanced aesthetic treatments
- Strong patient conversion and retention skills
- Social media/content appearance confidence is a plus
