Position : Sr. Executive – Finance (FP&A & Governance)

Role Purpose
The Finance & Governance team plays a critical role in managing end-to-end finance activities , including financial reporting, supplier charge validation, and billing to business units.
The purpose of this role is to support the finance team in delivering accurate financial insights, managing cost governance, and ensuring efficient reporting and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review
- Review supplier invoices and raise invoices to Business Units (BUs)
- Perform Actual vs Budget analysis at total and cost center levels with commentary
- Manage and consolidate headcount forecasts across business units
- Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for offshore operations and cost tracking
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by coordinating with stakeholders
- Drive process improvements in finance operations to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders for financial data and clarifications
Key Deliverables
- Monthly invoicing to BUs including supplier billing and cost allocation
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual headcount forecasts
- Monthly expense reports (Actual vs Budget) with variance analysis
- Cost center-wise financial reports for stakeholders
- Monthly performance reports for senior leadership
- Ad-hoc financial reports as required
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal departments for governance, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with supplier finance teams for invoice validation and documentation
Skills
Strong Financial Analysis & Reporting (FP&A)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control expertise
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Knowledge of Oracle (preferred)
- Good understanding of financial governance and contract review
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in FP&A / MIS / Finance Analyst roles
- Experience in MNC / shared services environment preferred
- Exposure to global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
