Job Title: Guest Service Associate (Service)

Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate (Service) is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant, banquet, or in-room dining services.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and SOPs.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after guests finish dining.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary requirements professionally.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain billing accuracy.
- Refill water, beverages, and condiments as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in banquet functions, room service, and special events when required.
- Follow hotel grooming standards, SOPs, and health and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,500.98 - ₹18,519.13 per month
