Mother Teacher for Nursery to UKG serves as the primary caregiver and facilitator of learning, responsible for delivering age-appropriate lessons across language, pre-math, and environmental awareness, while integrating life skills, values, art, music, and play-based learning in alignment with early childhood education best practices. The role requires a warm and nurturing approach, strong command over spoken English, creativity in designing engaging activities, and the ability to manage a class with patience and empathy. The Mother Teacher fosters a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, supports the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child, maintains accurate records of progress, and ensures regular, positive communication with parents. She collaborates with other teachers, participates in school events, and follows all policies, safety norms, and administrative guidelines to ensure a strong foundation for every child’s holistic growth.
