Key Responsibilities
- BIM & Revit Modeling: Develop and manage highly accurate 3D structural models for concrete, steel, and timber elements.
- Design & Analysis: Execute structural calculations and analyze building loads to ensure designs meet safety standards and building codes.
- Documentation: Extract and generate coordinated construction documents, including structural framing plans, foundation details, and rebar schedules.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Collaborate with architects and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to integrate models and resolve spatial clashes.
- Revit Customization: Create and manipulate custom Revit families, templates, and parameters to suit specific project requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Revit Proficiency: Hands-on experience in structural modeling, detailing, and extracting 2D drawings from 3D BIM environments.
- Engineering Tools: Familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or RAM.
- Code Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant building codes (e.g., local bylaws, IS codes for India, or Eurocodes/IBC for international markets)
Pay: Up to ₹69,367.92 per month
