Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience along with knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. This role also involves supporting operational and management activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales by converting leads into enrollments
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
* Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
* Create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
* Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
* Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
* Support the management team with coordination and planning activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media usage
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
