Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities include Develop comprehensive test strategies, defines scope, selects tools, and sets entry/exit criteria for projects
Leads, mentors, and manages testing personnel, assigning tasks based on skill levels & project requirements
Allocates testing resources, manages testing environments, and oversees project budgets
Test Execution & Tracking - Ensures test plans are executed on time, tracking metrics like test coverage, defects, and overall quality.

Work Experience
Automotive Infotainment testing experience
CarPlay, Android Auto, CAN testing experience
Knowledge & experience in testing tools, frameworks
Excellent customer-facing experience. Good customer communication, tracking, follow up and process management skills
Excellent people and communication skills
Working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience
