Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and 7+ years or Industry Experience OR Masters in Construction Management / Project Management and 3+ years of Industry Experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as required.
