Hiring: Site Engineer
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate daily site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, contractor management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate site inventory.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report project updates.
Required Skills:
- Site Supervision
- AutoCAD (Basic Knowledge Preferred)
- MS Excel & MS Office
- BOQ Understanding
- Material & Labour Management
- Good Communication & Coordination Skills
- Problem-Solving Ability
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate:
- 1–3 years of construction site experience.
- Ability to manage manpower and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel between project sites if required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
